Bringing Nature Home Workshop
Our connections to nature are instrumental to our wellbeing. Since we spend 90% of our time indoors, we have alienated ourselves from nature and weakened our relationship. We need to integrate the natural aspects that contribute to our health and wellness into our homes, so we continue to reap nature’s benefits while indoors.
Plants purify the air from toxins, relax and rejuvenate us, and that’s just the beginning. But integrating nature into our lives goes beyond adding plants. In this workshop, you will explore the different elements, their impact, and how to incorporate them harmoniously into your home.
This workshop is 2 parts. You can sign up for Part 1 only or both.
Part 1 - The Theory – Get the knowledge and learn the theory on:
The role of nature in our health and wellness beyond the obvious

How to integrate the elements successfully into your home
Part 2 - The Practical – Work on your space and get directions and advice.
